which comes from the Old English name Æthelhādas or Æðelhādas, meaning "noble natured" (noble of kind).
Trying not to confine ourselves to only Arabic definition as we would also serve
Cutting Edge Mediterranean Cuisine, Aleisha’ is an adaptation of both meaning a noble dining room which has a sweet meaning behind it and easily pronounced.

He believes that “Food enriches the soul,” a philosophy that shapes his passion for cuisine.
This love for the Mediterranean region is evident in his dishes, where he effortlessly combines flavors from Greece, Spain, Italy, and other Mediterranean countries, taking food lovers on a fun and flavorful journey.
With training in Italian and Spanish cuisine, Ben loves to break free from the norm, bringing boundless creativity to his dishes and capturing the lively spirit of Mediterranean flavors.
He draws inspiration from the people around him, using food not just as a meal, but as a common language to connect and create unforgettable, sensory experiences that will leave you inspired and eager for more.
